How to Grow on LinkedIn as a Creator

Consistent, specific, opinionated - how to grow on LinkedIn without the corporate voice.

Write like a person, not a press release

LinkedIn's feed is full of hedged, committee-approved posts, which is exactly why a plainly human voice stands out. Take a real position, use a real example, and drop the corporate throat-clearing.

Lead with a hook, format for the skim

The first two lines are all that show before "see more." Front-load the tension there. Then break the body into short lines and white space - a wall of text on LinkedIn gets scrolled past.

Show up on a rhythm

LinkedIn rewards consistency more than intensity. A steady few posts a week, each in your voice, compounds faster than an occasional viral swing followed by silence. The constraint is usually time - which is where fast drafting in your own voice changes what's sustainable.

Create content in your voice - at scale

SelfScale learns how you write from your own posts, so every draft sounds like you, not a generic chatbot.
