No. It helps to have some real writing, a video or a voice memo to learn from, because every draft is grounded in how you actually speak and write. If you are just starting out, your team can still draft for you, and the voice gets sharper as you add more of your own material.

What does unlimited AI writing (fair use) mean?

On Premium and Power, writing drafts, remixes and reply drafts is included with your plan, so it does not use your credits in normal use. Credits stay free for images, video and other heavier work.

Yes. Yearly costs less than twelve monthly payments: Standard is $300 a year ($25/month), Premium is $900 a year ($75/month) and Power is $4,500 a year ($375/month). Yearly plans still get their credits every month.

I already pay $9 a month. Does my price change?

No. The pricing update does not change the price of an existing $9 subscription. A $9 Standard subscription includes 20 credits a month; the original $9 founding plan includes 12 credits a month. You can upgrade any time.

Credits are what SelfScale uses to pay for heavier AI work such as images and video. Your plan adds a fresh set each month, and you can buy more any time you need them.

Drafts, remixes and AI reply drafts are included up to your plan's monthly allowance; past it, each costs 1 credit. An AI carousel costs 3 credits for up to 10 AI slides, and text-only carousels are free. Each delivered thumbnail costs 1 credit, or 2 credits when it uses your photos. A video breakdown costs 1 credit and a video script costs 1 credit per started 3 minutes. Learning your voice, topic research, trend searches, voice memo transcription and competitor tracking are free.

Will I see the cost before I spend credits?

Yes. Before anything uses credits, your team asks you to confirm. Nothing is spent without that confirmation.

Do posts to X cost credits?

A plain post to X is free. A post to X that contains a link costs 3 credits, because X charges more for link posts. Posting to Skool is free.

What happens if something fails?

You get the credits back. If a generation fails or an image is not delivered, the credits it reserved go straight back on your balance.

Drafting inside your monthly allowance keeps working. Features that spend credits pause until your next monthly reset, a top-up or an upgrade. There is no automatic overage billing. Nothing is deleted.

Packs are 50 credits for $25, 100 credits for $50, 200 credits for $100 and 500 credits for $250 ($0.50 a credit). You can also buy any amount from 10 to 10,000 credits at the same rate. On an active Premium or Power plan every credit is $0.40: 50 credits for $20, 100 credits for $40, 200 credits for $80 and 500 credits for $200. Top-up credits never expire.

What is auto-refill?

An optional setting that buys a top-up for you when your balance runs low. It is off until you turn it on. You choose the balance that triggers it, the pack it buys and a monthly spending limit, and it never charges during a free trial. If a payment fails, it switches itself off and emails you.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Standard and Premium monthly start with 7 days free with a card: 47 free posts + 15 credits. Nothing is due today. When the trial ends, the plan's monthly price is charged unless you cancel first. For Standard that is $29/month.

Can I start more than one free trial?

No. There is one free trial per card. If a card was already used for a SelfScale trial, a new trial on it is cancelled straight away and nothing is charged.

What happens when my trial ends?

Your card is charged the plan's monthly price and your plan's full monthly credits arrive. Unused trial credits expire when the trial ends. Anything you made stays in your account.

Open Settings and choose Manage Billing, which opens Stripe's billing portal, then cancel. Cancelling takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then.
