Omnichannel (Content)
A consistent presence across every platform an audience uses, adapted to each channel.
What it means
Omnichannel content means being present on every platform your audience uses, with each post shaped for that channel while staying recognizably one voice. It's the opposite of betting everything on a single platform.
The key is native adaptation, not identical cross-posting. Each channel gets a version that belongs there, but they all clearly come from the same person.
Why it matters
Audiences are fragmented across apps, and platform reach can change overnight. Being present across channels both widens your reach and reduces the risk of building your whole audience on ground you don't control.
