Voice Capture Worksheet: Turn Your Posts Into a Voice Profile (Free)

Extract your voice patterns from real posts and capture them in one page.

Collect your best posts

Start with fifteen posts that felt most like you - not necessarily your highest performers but the ones where you re-read them and thought "yes, that's it." Your voice is most visible in the moments you were not trying to be strategic.

What to look for

Sentence length: do you write in short bursts or longer constructions? Contractions: do you use them or avoid them? Humor: dry, warm, absent? Opinion directness: do you hedge or assert? Story preference: do you use personal examples, third-party cases, or hypotheticals? Name the pattern in each.

Write the five rules

After reading, write five rules that describe how you write - not aspirational ones but descriptive ones. "I never use bullet points for arguments." "I always ground claims in a specific story." "I write sentences under fifteen words." These rules are the briefing document any tool or writer needs to stay in your voice.

Create content in your voice - at scale

SelfScale learns how you write from your own posts, so every draft sounds like you, not a generic chatbot.
