The structure
Seconds 0 to 3 - Hook: the most interesting sentence you have, spoken or shown before anything else. Seconds 3 to 45 - Body: the payoff, structured so each point builds on the last and keeps the viewer. Seconds 45 to 60 - Close: the single takeaway and one CTA (follow, link in bio, or comment).
Write it as you talk, not as you write
Read the script out loud before filming. If any sentence feels unnatural to say, rewrite it until it sounds like something you would actually say in conversation. Scripts that sound scripted kill the intimacy that makes short-form video work.
Run multiple hook variants
