Why one pillar at a time
A content pillar has more angles than most creators ever explore. Going deep on one - frameworks, stories, myths to bust, questions to answer, controversies to weigh in on - produces far more content than skimming across five pillars at once.
Depth also builds the reputation that turns casual followers into loyal ones. Being known for going deep on one thing is more valuable than being known for going shallow on many.
The template
Pillar name and one-sentence definition. Core frameworks you use or teach within this pillar. Stories from your experience that relate to it. Myths in the niche you would argue with. Questions your audience asks most often. Counterintuitive angles only you would take. Ongoing debates you have a position on.
Map ideas to formats
For each angle identified, decide which format it belongs in: the myth becomes a thread, the framework becomes a carousel, the story becomes a single post, the FAQ becomes a newsletter section. The deep-dive produces not just ideas but a production-ready brief for each one.
