How does the free trial work?

The free trial

  • A free trial is not always on offer. When one is, the FAQ says which plans have it, how long it lasts and what it includes.
  • There is one free trial per card. If a card was already used for a SelfScale trial, a new trial on it is cancelled straight away and nothing is charged.
  • If you started a free trial, your card is charged the plan's monthly price when it ends, unless you cancel first.

Cancel during the trial

Click your name at the bottom of the sidebar and choose Account settings, go to Plan and press Manage Billing, then cancel. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged.
