Credits: what happens when I run out?

Credits

  • Before something uses credits in chat, you see the price and confirm. A routine asks once, when you switch it on, and then charges each run. The Analytics readout updates itself when your numbers change and says what it cost. Auto-refill, if you turn it on, buys credits without asking each time.
  • Learning your voice is free. Topic research uses one of your free drafts, then a credit once those run out.

When you run out

If you still have free drafts left, drafting keeps working. Features that spend credits pause until your next monthly reset, a top-up or an upgrade. There is no automatic overage billing, and nothing is deleted.

Premium and Power credits reset each month on your billing date and do not carry over. Standard credits are added each month and stay until you use them. Credits you buy as a top-up never expire.

Something failed and took credits

If a generation fails or an image is not delivered, the credits it reserved usually go back on your balance on their own. Give it a few minutes. Still missing, or charged twice for the same thing? Contact us with roughly when it happened and what you were making.

Profit Room members

You get 750 credits a month on top of your own plan, and your plan does not change. They do not roll over: each month's Profit Room credits replace what is left of last month's. Not seeing them? Contact us with the email you use in the Profit Room.

Each plan's monthly credits are on the FAQ, which reads the live price list.
