How to Make a Carousel That Gets Saved
Structure slides so readers swipe to the end - and hit save.
One idea, one slide
The fastest way to lose a swipe is to crowd a slide. Each slide should advance exactly one small step of the idea. If a slide needs a paragraph, it's really two slides.
Earn every swipe
Slide one earns the swipe to slide two, and so on. Treat each slide's last line as a mini-hook for the next. A carousel that front-loads all its value gets read once and abandoned.
Close with the save
The final slide should make the whole thing worth keeping - a summary, a checklist, a "save this for later." Saves and shares are what push a carousel beyond your existing followers.
