Personification (AI)
Configuring AI to represent a specific real person's voice and judgment rather than a generic assistant.
What it means
Personification is the design goal of making an AI output feel like it came from one particular human. It goes beyond tone: it is the person's recurring themes, their point of view, the examples they'd actually use.
A personified system is grounded in a real corpus - the person's own work - so it can decline to say things they'd never say. A persona, by contrast, is a costume the model wears over its default voice.
Why it matters
