Webinar Repurposing Checklist (Free)
Turn a recorded webinar into a week of content that keeps working.
Before you start
1. Get the transcript or generate a rough one. 2. Watch it once and timestamp the three best moments - the clearest explanation, the sharpest one-liner, the most useful practical point. 3. Note every question asked in the Q&A that reflects a common concern your audience has.
The repurposing checklist
1. Show recording with timestamp links on the landing page. 2. Summary post: the three key takeaways as a LinkedIn or newsletter piece. 3. Carousel: the main framework, one slide per concept. 4. Thread: the argument from the webinar laid out sequentially. 5. Short clip: the two-to-three minute highlight, edited for standalone viewing. 6. Lead magnet: the framework as a downloadable PDF or checklist.
Q&A is the most underused part
The live questions reveal exactly what your audience is stuck on. Each question is a content brief for a future post. Log them, pick the recurring ones, and write dedicated posts that answer each one in depth. That post distribution is more valuable than the replay link.
